At LTD Commodities, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Locate Your Pack Slip

  Find the original packing slip included in your shipment and fill out the return/exchange section to indicate which items are being sent back.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Return Label

  Affix the pre-printed Easy Return label from your packing slip onto the outside of the box, or address the package to our central distribution center.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
